Orders arrive here from every channel: QR table orders, public profile orders, manual orders from your staff and, on Premium, AI phone pickup and delivery orders by phone, paid on pickup or delivery.
Completed and paid orders move to Past orders automatically, where you can search them later for reports or refund questions.
Watch the board age during service: orders that sit too long in one status usually need attention — a dish that did not print, a courier that has not arrived, or a payment still pending. Catching these early is what keeps quoted times honest. The board updates in real time — no refresh needed. Leave it open on a bar or pass screen and the whole team watches the same truth as orders flow in from every channel.
