Choose dine-in or takeaway, and select a table if the order belongs to one. Delivery orders are placed by guests online and cannot be created here.
Add dishes from the menu by tapping them. Use the search to find items quickly on a large menu.
Adjust quantities, notes, or modifiers in the order cart — for example allergies or “dressing on the side” — so the kitchen gets the full picture.
Review totals in the cart panel on the right, including taxes and any service charges.
Click Place order to send the order to the kitchen. It appears immediately in Current orders and in kitchen view.
Switch to Current orders to track preparation, or stay on New order to place the next one — useful when taking several phone orders in a row.
Manual orders share the same pipeline as guest orders, so preparation time quotes, kitchen view, and status updates work identically. That means one screen to watch during service, regardless of whether the order came from a QR code, the AI phone, or your own staff.
