Open Profile and go to the Menu tab. The search field sits at the top of the menu workspace.
Type any part of a category or dish name to filter the list instantly. Matching dishes show inside their categories so you keep context.
Search is the fastest way to jump to one item on a large menu — for example to mark a sold-out dish unavailable in the middle of service.
Clear the search field to return to the full menu view. The filter does not change anything on the guest side; it only helps you navigate.
Tip: combine search with the Available to order toggle to run quick daily menu changes in seconds rather than scrolling through categories.
Search also helps during menu audits: type an ingredient — for example “chicken” — to review every dish that contains it, which is invaluable when a supplier changes, an allergen update lands, or you reprice a category of dishes at once. On very large menus, combine search with category collapse to keep your workspace tidy. Everything you change here is invisible to guests until you save the dish itself.
