How do I create set menu promotions for guests?

  1. Open Profile → Promotions and create a new promotion.
  2. Choose the set menu type, or start from a set menu template if one is available — templates cover common formats like two-course lunch deals.
  3. Define the tiers, included dishes, and bundle pricing. For example: starter plus main for a fixed price, with premium mains carrying a small supplement.
  4. Guests see set menus at the top of the digital menu, tap one to pick their dishes tier by tier, and add the whole bundle to their cart in a few taps.
  5. Save and set start and end dates. Set menus work especially well for weekday lunches, holidays, and events where the kitchen benefits from a predictable order mix.
  6. Tip: pair a set menu with a QR code on tables or flyers so guests land directly on the offer.
  7. Set menus also protect your margins on busy nights: a fixed two- or three-course offer speeds up ordering decisions, smooths kitchen load, and usually lifts the average basket compared with à la carte browsing — guests perceive bundles as better value. You can run several set menus at once — a lunch deal on weekdays and a celebration menu on weekends, for example. Dates and times decide which one guests see, so there is no manual switching.
