When guests pay through dinerr, Stripe processes the payment securely. Available methods depend on your restaurant's Stripe settings and country — for example cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. dinerr does not charge separate onboarding or monthly payment fees.
Stripe charges its standard processing rates, which you can see in your Stripe dashboard after connecting. On the Free Plan, dinerr also charges a 1% platform fee per guest card payment; restaurants on
Pro or Premium pay no dinerr platform fee at all.
Set VAT and service charges under Payments → Taxes & currency before accepting guest payments so every receipt and report shows correct amounts.
Platform payments are only available in
supported countries, and Stripe may require local verification documents during onboarding.
Payouts follow Stripe's normal schedule for your country, typically a few business days, and every payment is visible both in your dinerr dashboard and in Stripe for reconciliation.
When you compare costs, remember the alternative: marketplaces and delivery apps typically charge 15–30% per order. Even with Stripe's processing rate and the Free Plan's 1%, direct guest payments through your own menu are dramatically cheaper per order.
