Settings → Plan anytime to see your exact trial end date and the plan you have currently selected.
You are not charged during the trial. Your selected paid plan starts automatically on day fifteen, billed to the card you added at signup.
If you cancel or downgrade to the Free Plan before the trial ends, you will not be charged for a paid subscription, and your menu stays online without interruption.
Prefer the Free Plan? Downgrade before the trial ends and you will not be charged — your digital menu, QR ordering, and guest payments keep working for as long as you want.
Trial tip: test the Premium-only features early — AI phone answering and Google Business Profile need a few days of setup and Google-side review to show their full value.
If you need more time to evaluate, contact us before the trial expires — tell us what you still want to test and we will look at options. Either way, downgrading is never a penalty: the Free Plan keeps your menu and QR ordering running for as long as you want.
