Can I send attachments in chats?

  1. Available on Pro and Premium. Open Chats → Active chats and select a conversation.
  2. Use the paperclip icon to upload an image, PDF, or document, or the microphone icon to record a voice note (when supported by the browser).
  3. The file uploads and appears in the thread automatically. You do not need a separate send action for attachments.
  4. Guests can attach files the same way from Chat with us on your restaurant profile.
