How do I view and reply to active chats?

  1. Available on Pro and Premium. Open Chats in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Active chats tab at Chats → Active chats
  3. Select a conversation from the list to read guest messages.
  4. Type your reply in the message field and send. Guests see replies in their browser.
