Open Payments → Platform payments and review any banners or required fields from Stripe. The dashboard tells you exactly which verification step is outstanding.
Common fixes: upload a clear, valid ID document, confirm the legal business name and address match your bank account exactly, and complete every outstanding verification step Stripe lists.
Use the Open Stripe Dashboard link in the Payments tab to finish identity or banking verification directly in Stripe — some steps can only be completed there.
If Stripe shows Restricted or Rejected, follow Stripe's prompts or contact Stripe support with your Connect account ID. Only Stripe can lift account-level restrictions.
Verification reviews often take one to three business days after documents are submitted, so plan your online-payments launch with a small buffer.

[email protected] with screenshots of the Payments tab status and we will help you interpret what Stripe is asking for.
Keep your documents consistent: the name on the ID, the business registration, and the bank account should all match. Mismatches are the top reason verification stalls. If Stripe rejects a document, re-photograph it flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible. Do not create a second Stripe account to restart verification — duplicates make reviews slower. Work through the existing account's requirements, or ask Stripe to reopen the review with corrected documents.
