How does the guest review flow work for my restaurant?

  1. Guests rate their visit after an order or payment. See the guest review steps in the Guest experience section of this page.
  2. New reviews appear under Reviews → dinerr reviews at Reviews → dinerr reviews
  3. Open a review to read the full comment and photos, then publish a public reply if you wish.
  4. Enable SMS review reminders under Settings → Integrations to automatically text guests a review link after their visit.
  5. For Google reviews, connect Google Business Profile and open Reviews → Google reviews.
