When do I receive payouts from guest payments?

Open Payments → Platform payments to see your Stripe Connect balance and payout schedule.

Stripe transfers funds from your connected account to your linked bank on the schedule shown (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Pending amounts are still processing; available balance is ready for payout. Instant payouts, when eligible, are managed in Stripe.

For payout timing issues, open the Stripe Dashboard link in that tab or contact Stripe support with your Connect account ID.
