How do orders on Deliveroo marketplace work?
- Guests place marketplace orders on Deliveroo; staff do not create them manually in dinerr.
- Marketplace orders appear automatically on Orders → Active orders with a marketplace badge.
- Accept an incoming marketplace order, or cancel it if you cannot fulfill it; auto-accept can be enabled on the Integrations tab.
- Marketplace orders then move through the same kitchen statuses as your other orders.
- Split bill and counter payment are not available for marketplace orders. Payment is handled by the marketplace.
