How do I connect Gusto payroll?

  1. Gusto production access is pending provider approval. The steps below apply after it becomes available for eligible US restaurants on Premium.
  2. Click Connect next to Gusto and complete OAuth sign-in with your Gusto company.
  3. On Staff → Payroll, map each team member to their Gusto employee ID in the wage modal.
  4. Approve roster hours for the pay period on the Payroll tab.
  5. Click Post to Gusto to send payroll hours to Gusto for the selected period.
