How do I enable Reserve with Google?

  1. Reserve with Google is coming soon. It will require the Premium plan, which is included during your 14-day trial. Compare plans under Settings → Plan; after the trial, your selected paid plan renews unless you downgrade to the Free Plan.
  2. Set up your floor first: tables, reservation settings, reservable tables, and opening hours under Tables → Floor on the Pro plan or higher.
  3. Open Profile → Google and complete the Get booked on Google checklist: correct place, current hours, active reservations, and a connected Google Business Profile.
  4. When every step is complete on Premium, dinerr handles the Google Reserve feed enrollment automatically. There is no separate manual feed to configure in your dashboard.
  5. The status may show as pending while Google reviews the partner enrollment — this can take several days. Keep your reservations and hours up to date in dinerr during the review.
  6. Once live, diners can book straight from Google Maps and Search into your dinerr reservations, with party size and time slot synced. Note that downgrading from Premium to Pro removes Google tab access and stops feed updates.
  7. If enrollment seems stuck beyond two weeks, verify that your Google Business Profile shows the same name, address, and hours as dinerr — mismatches are the most common reason Google delays partner activation. Our support team can also check the feed status from our side.
