Confirm the QR code points to your restaurant. Reprint from Tables → Table QR codes or Profile → QR codes if the floor plan or restaurant slug changed since the code was printed.
Check that dishes are marked Available to order under Profile → Menu and that your venue is not marked closed under Opening hours — both silently block ordering.
For dine-in, guests must scan a valid table QR code or open your public profile. Test the exact link yourself from Profile → Details → link preview to rule out a damaged print.
Try the full flow on your own phone: scan, add an item, place a test order. Watching it fail tells you whether the problem is the code, the menu, or the order pipeline.
If orders still do not appear in
Active orders, contact support with the table name, the time, and a screenshot of what the guest sees — we can trace the order from there.
Most ordering failures trace back to one of three causes: a reprinted floor plan that invalidated old QR codes, dishes toggled unavailable, or the venue marked closed. Checking these three in order solves the large majority of cases in under five minutes.
